the experiences
locationsThe experiences network of suppliers includes many of Singapore's best experience locations. We are continually adding to the locations we offer, but occasionally may need to withdraw featured venues due to reasons beyond our control. If your chosen location is withdrawn, you will be offered alternative locations (where possible).
descriptionsThe information on each experience is detailed on our website. However, the content or format of experiences may change slightly during the year. Fully updated details on each experience are available from our Customer Service Team at any time and are included in the gift pack. Participation is conditional upon acceptance of this description.
pictures usedThe pictures used on our website to illustrate experiences are used as an indication only.
lengths of the experiencesSession lengths are approximate and are given as a guide to the time you will be at the venue. Unless stated otherwise, you will normally take your turn with other members of the public and there may be waiting time involved.
restrictionsCertain experiences are subject to minimum age, health or other requirements and where possible these are featured on the website. However, full details are included in your experience pack and we ask you to read this carefully upon receipt.
availabilityAll experiences are offered subject to availability. Latest information on dates is available from our customer service representatives. You should make bookings at least 14 days in advance and longer for peak dates such as weekends or peak seasons. Bookings should not be considered confirmed until you receive confirmation from us. For some experiences, we may ask you to return your original voucher to us before we can confirm your booking.
mechanical breakdown or illnessWhere specific vehicles or celebrities are featured, we reserve the right to make reasonable substitutions on the day in the event of mechanical breakdown or illness or, if this is not possible, to cancel the event at short notice.
weatherMany experiences featured are weather dependent and we will advise you where you need to call to check the weather before participating. If your experience is cancelled because of the weather, a rebooking will be offered but remains subject to weather conditions. However, we can take no responsibility for any last minute cancellation due to weather when the experience has commenced.
complaints and commentsIf you have a problem or complaint on the day, please bring it to the attention of the management of the Experience provider, at the earliest opportunity, so they have a chance to put matters right. It is generally considered unreasonable to take no action during an event, but then to write a letter of complaint at a later date.

experience vouchersThese vouchers allow the recipient to choose from a selection of experiences. Please note the selection of experiences available may change during the year.
voucher validityAll vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
delivery
normal deliveryThe personalised printed gift pack is normally sent by standard mail,within five working days from receipt of payment, unless you opt to collect it from our office or you have requested a courier service. Please call for information on delivery overseas. We can send the pack to you, direct to the recipient, or to another nominated address. If your pack goes astray in the post, we will provide a duplicate free of charge.
courier servicesIf you need a pack urgently, please call us to arrange a special service at an additional cost.
refunds & cancellations
RefundsWe are happy to make refunds on open-dated vouchers & certificates within 28 days of purchase, subject to a 10% administration charge, with a minimum charge of S$40. Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the pack, and if originally purchased by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card.
CancellationsOnce your booking has been made, you may incur cancellation charges if you cannot attend, and may sometimes lose your booking completely if the supplier is unable to fill your space on the day. If we need to cancel an experience due to reasons out of our control, e.g. weather,we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer you a convenient alternative date on which to attend.
Our Liability
Our LiabilityWhile we take every care in the choice of our suppliers, inclusion of an experience in our website/brochure does not mean that we guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any of our suppliers. Experiences' liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the "Experience" purchased. The text, illustrations and pictures used on our website must not be copied in whole or in part without the express written permission from our company.
TravelOur company is not a travel agent and we take no responsibility for the organisation of travel, which is not already included in our experience packages.
